As a Chef, I believe that using seasonal ingredients is key to crafting our exceptional pizzas. By sourcing fresh, locally available produce, I can create flavours that truly reflect the time of year and highlight the best our region has to offer.
Each season brings its own bounty, from vibrant spring vegetables like asparagus and peas and of course the ubiquitous Wild Garlic to the rich, hearty flavors of autumn squash and root vegetables. I carefully select ingredients that not only taste great but also complement one another, resulting in unique and delicious flavour combinations.
Incorporating seasonal ingredients allows us to keep our menu dynamic and exciting, offering our customers the freshest flavours while supporting local farmers and sustainable practices.
