What do we do?

We are a Derbyshire based catering company, and we specialise in providing mobile wood-fired oven pizza catering, we create delicious pizza, salads and antipasti grazing platters for weddings, corporate events, private parties, street food gatherings and pop-up events.

How do we do it?

We bring our British designed and built wood-fired pizza oven trailer directly to your gathering or event. The team sets up our branded Gazebo, we light the oven and prepare pizza live in front of you and your guests, using our unique 48-hour fermented dough recipe. We serve our pizzas buffet-style cut into slices, allowing your guests to help themselves. We replenish the buffet as often as required until we reach the number of pizzas and other dishes you have ordered.

We provide a professional, contemporary buffet set-up, complete with sleek, modern pizza boards and elegant serving platters, designed to enhance your dining experience. With a good selection of accompaniments and condiments, we believe our commitment to detail truly distinguishes us from the competition.

We can attend and cater for self catering events, but please be aware some venues will charge a fee to allow external caterers to operate on a self-catering basis. This fee varies by venue, so we recommend checking with your preferred location in advance and for an accurate estimate, it's best to contact specific venues directly and inquire about their policies regarding external catering fees.

What do we offer?

Depending on the package options you choose, you can select the number of different pizzas you want served at your event. We can even collaborate with you to create a special pizza to commemorate your special day using your favourite ingredients. For weddings we can even create a bride and groom half and half pizza using the bride’s favourite flavour on one half and the grooms on the other.

We offer a comprehensive pizza menu to choose from with some tasty upgrades and additions if you require.

Below are the 3 event package options we offer and please be aware that all bookings are priced based on minimum numbers of 100 guests.

If you require catering for less than the minimum number or would like a more bespoke offering then please ask us for a quote based on your requirements.
