This November, we’re introducing a special pizza that celebrates the flavours of the season, with a delicious twist that’s perfect for autumn and beyond. Say hello to our Jerusalem Artichoke, Winter Spinach, Smoked Bacon, and Lincolnshire Poacher Pizza—a savoury, rich, and utterly satisfying pizza that will quickly become a go-to winter comfort food.

We’re starting with a rich and creamy Jerusalem artichoke puree, flavoured with garlic and finished with lots of unsalted butter as the base of this pizza. Jerusalem artichokes, also known as Sunchokes, bring an earthy sweetness that perfectly complements the more savoury toppings. The puree adds a smooth, velvety texture that’s a welcome change from the typical tomato sauce, offering a subtle, nutty flavor that is both comforting and luxurious.
